Placed an order for children’s Christmas present as told delivery to store 23rd December. Not heard anything so went into store to be told nothing in and now not due to at least the 27th. Staff member then told me I should have ordered earlier. There’s no excuse as Amazon show it is more than capable to make deliveries when told.
I wish I never left EE to join this network the mobile internet is unfit for purpose and this has now left my kids with no Christmas present. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone about the order all day it’s an absolute joke

@Me82 This is not O2. This is a customer community. I doubt it would help, but contact the sales team – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB,Twitter (Now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Your gifts won't arrive in time, but you can also lodge a complaint: How to Complain | Help | O2

Amazon also run there own logistics company (as well as DPD, and Royal Fail), and also a lot of stuff goes to delivery after Christmas and Amazon fail to deliver a lot of parcels, and have some of the most inept delivery "partners" so please don't hold the gold standard as Amazon...
Have to agree with the staff in store, never leave anything to be delivered on the last Saturday before Christmas as its bound to lead to disappointment... (this isnt just with o2 but most companies at Christmas)..
Amazon will still deliver things tomorrow, if you want to throw money at Jeff Bezos..
