My service in Belfast has been appalling for a couple of weeks. And it's not just me. Texts need to be sent half-a-dozen times. Calls missed, going straight to messaging. Calls cut off mid-way. No service at all (like right now). O2 website says their service has 'no problems'. Constant responses of 'Network busy'.
What's happening, and what's being done to fix it? And when, please?

If there's nothing in service status you need to report it to O2.

Thanks for that. It's being going on for so long (a couple of weeks, solid, is 'quite long') and to so many people (every one of my O2 friends) that I suppose we all assumed it was so...bad... that someone... else had. Noticed. It.
