I have just been asked to complete a short survey when I finish using the O2 website.
I don't mind doing that, if it helps to make the website better.
However, I refuse to install a spyware toolbar to do this. If you want people to take part in surveys, let them fill in a simple html form.
I learned many years ago that as soon as you download this type of junk you then start getting bombarded with pop ups and God only knows what else rubbish.

Treated with as much suspicion as us then?
You are always free to ignore it, it's not compulsory.

I don't install any toolbars whatsoever as I think it's better safe than sorry. Sorry O2 I never will complete one of your surveys no matter how safe you claim it is.

I took the liberty of running it on a spare pc, then uninstalled it, then verified that no files on that pc had been changed and it was totally gone.
As I said you don't have to use it if you're not satisfied.
