Samsung S20 Series Dispatch email?

Just been reading on the Samsung & EE forums and it seems some people have been receiving emails stating their devices are arriving today/tomorrow.

Anyone had their email from O2 yet or are we all delayed?

I've had a couple of texts saying DHL have my parcel. And to be delivered today, tomoro and thursday ... dont think they know themselves

Happy everyone is having fun I've had to deal with my colleagues playingnwith theirs all day while arguing with O2 haha.

Sadly I will habe to cancel My order as they can't tell me when it's coming back in stock so Going to take my chances in store on Friday!

Honestly I'm not sure I think I'll give it till Friday if they don't give me a solid date I may see if EE have store stock.

I just feel really let down by o2 customer 'support'

there's a lot of it going round @AlexH95  what with corona virus and the usual release day hubbub .. I think the left hand needs to contact the right hand at some point. Fingers crossed you won't need to go elsewhere!
