Just been reading on the Samsung & EE forums and it seems some people have been receiving emails stating their devices are arriving today/tomorrow.

 

Anyone had their email from O2 yet or are we all delayed? sweat_smile

I haven't heard of anyone with O2 who has got an email. In fact they are saying up to 4-5 weeks delay the last I read about it...

Interesting how O2 are suffering these delays yet EE customers are getting "dispatch in 24 hours" notifications?

It will depend when you pre-ordered.
There will be some available but stocks are very limited.

I made a pre-order the day after the presentation of the S20 ... 12/02/2020
O2 promised that on March 10 I will receive my phone. I'm still waiting, there are no messages or mail about the delay or that the order has been shipped ... I think if O2 cannot deliver the phone to me as promised on March 10, I will be forced to cancel the order !! 😞

Kind of wishing I picked the iPhone 11 now! Currently using an Alcatel after my Samsung s9 broke and it's awful 😂

Dispatch emails will not be sent out until the evening before delivery.
Normally, these arrive around 7.00pm.

Nothing here yet and o2 seem to be very quiet on the subject too.

I have taken time off work to go and collect the delivery and don't want to have to waste a day.

Chat or phone, no one will tell you anything!  I don't get any updates in my o2 either as I'm a new customer.

I think the disappointing thing really is the lack of communication/updates from O2. Delays happen etc but the fact customers have to chase O2 rather than O2 sending update texts/emails is really disappointing.
