I made a pre-order the day after the presentation of the S20 ... 12/02/2020
O2 promised that on March 10 I will receive my phone. I'm still waiting, there are no messages or mail about the delay or that the order has been shipped ... I think if O2 cannot deliver the phone to me as promised on March 10, I will be forced to cancel the order !! 😞
Nothing here yet and o2 seem to be very quiet on the subject too.
I have taken time off work to go and collect the delivery and don't want to have to waste a day.
Chat or phone, no one will tell you anything! I don't get any updates in my o2 either as I'm a new customer.
