I'm due an upgrade and have been checking regularly. Checked again tonight and they briefly had the tariffs available, but now its back to 'Coming soon'. I made a note of a couple of interest to me...

5GB data, £43/pm, £79.99 for the handset

2GB data, £38/pm, £99.99 for the handset

The tariff with the 5GB option would be my choice due to my usage pattern.

According to one of the o2 staff who post here on a personal basis, there is a system error which they are trying to resolve. Hopefully it should be ok tomorrow.
