your telephone wait time is ****. i have spent 30- minutews tonight so far and ovewr hour on tuesday.. bet it doesnt take that long if i want to get a new contract. Get it sorted.....

It does seem that they are ultra busy with the iPhone 6 launch and Note 4 launch.

Is their anything we can help with if its not account based ?
