Just had to look for this one,

UHQ upscaler is also present, similar to sonys DSEE found in the Xperia Z3 (then later Z2), this upscales mp3 audio to 24 bit for a richer sound.

In the Z3 it really worked and pulled me away from poweramp, hopefully samsungs is just as good.
