iphone 6 plus - no Cellular option?

I've recently got an iphone 6 plus which i'm more than happy with however my wifes iphone 6 has cellular in her settings whilst my 6 plus is 'mobile' only with no cellular option in settings at all - is this normal??

 

Does it make any difference?

It's because you have your language settings to UK English and hers is American.
Mobile and Cellular are the same thing.
