I ordered my Ultra on the 18th of February and no sign of any updates so far. Really hope I dont have to look at an empty case for another 4 weeks!

I pre ordered mine (cosmic grey) late on 29th February and it said "Up to 4 weeks" when I ordered which obviously I was fine with this.
The problem I have is that I have not received one single email and when I ask o2 I get told to "wait" "it'll be with you soon" "be patient"
"Marc, I am sorry about the delay this is going to cause, I can see how frustrating it can be to wait a bit longer, we are working on the order processing so that we can minimise the wait time for all our customers. I request you to please wait till the device is back in stock and once it is we will work in full speed to deliver the order to you."
"Marc, as of now, there are no time-scales."
