O2 rang me and persuaded me to up grade as I had been out of contract for ages (yes it was definitely them) this was 10th December. I took out a new contract with a phone upgrade that was guaranteed next day delivery. I received tracking but advised there was a delay. Think I've contacted them on chat maybe 10 times and been given a different story each time? usually ending being told I would hear something within a couple of days. I tried to cancel the order but was told that wasn't possible as it was in processing. I was even told early on in this farce that I could go into a store and they would be able to fulfil the order. I rang the store and was told this was incorrect as they wouldn't be able to cancel the original order? I'm now in chat again and the first response from the operator is ''I can see your order is delayed and we expect to deliver next day''.... Are you fcking joking?!!!!! The last contact I was told that orders had never even been sent out due to warehousing issues LOL I'm now being told to ring 202 who will be able to chase the order or contact DHL?
This really is a total farce lol
