Rubbish signal strength on smat phone.

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just bought a Nokia 925 from the O2 shop only to find that the signal strength at home (I can only use it outside) is much worse than on my old non-smart phone. Why wasn't I warned about this by the shop and when will I get a decent signal in the CB8 5 area?

No offence meant, but how would the shop staff know what the signal strength is like at your home address?

They could not possibly know what the signal is like inside any property?

This is not and never will be guaranteed.

The service checker is an indication tool only.

If your within your cooling off period of 7working days then return the handset and cancel the contract.

There are many reports of poor signal strength on the 925 esp in low signal areas. I guess it's an inherent design flaw with the phone......
