Don't know if this is an O2 issue or my phone which is a HTC one mini. From last night, every time somebody has text me, the same text has kept coming over and over again every 10 mins. It's driving me bonkers especially as I need my phone for the alarm clock. I really can't listen to this all night!! Anybody else had these problems?..

Haha..I may have thrown it at the wall by then! I take it swapping sims is easy and you don't lose any data? Although I think most things are saved on phones now rather than sim?

Yes, very easy (famous last words) slight_smile
Everything should be on your phone these days.
What phone have you got?

You can still use the phone as an alarm clock if you remove the sim. You could at least do that at night until you get a new sim.

Highly unlikely that you have anything saved to the sim card on that phone.

Ok, nipped into the O2 shop tonight, picked up a new SIM card and now I'm just waiting. Although it never prompted me to text my new sim number, it has text me (6 times up to now lol) that it hasn't received my new sim number, so currently trying again
