Hello about 3 weeks ago O have refused a delivery on .y samsung watch 6 classic due to the wrong size. I still haven't heard anything from 02 and they are ignoring my emails, I just wanted to get some info on how long this normally takes to get my deposit refund

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
