Solved: Question About Your O2 Numbers Bolt

Hello,

I've just recently joined o2 an have a question regarding the o2 bolts.

Can someone please tell me if I add the your o2 numbers bolt - 1000 texts/minutes on my phone will it be added instantly? Ive added the o2 numbers bolt a few days ago at 10pm but was told by the advisor that I had to wait until 12.00am

Once it's been applied to your account via customer service it becomes active at midnight when the system updates.

Hi.

It is at midnight when a bolt on kicks in typically.

It's not instant I'm afraid.
