please please please help. We were customers of o2 for over 15 years. Ee left in december to move to vodafone. We are ready to move and the mortgage us accepted until our mortgage advisor saod We have an outstanding query with o2. Iy has altered my credit score !Not one person at o2 can find this. I am not willing to lose my mortgage over an error. Pleaseeee can anyone point me in a direction of help x

This isnt customer services, and and best thing to do is check with the Credit Reference Agencies yourself and see if you can find them,... They can also raise a query with o2 if there is a default...
And just bear in mind if there is a amendment, you will need to prove its a mistake, and it can take 90 days for the CRA's to remove it..
