Just had a very pushy agent of yours calling me. If it happens again I will start thinking about going to another provider.

It's very probable that it wasn't O2 but one of their 'trusted' partners

Best option is to block the number

Well we are all customers like you on this Community Forum.

Are you sure you were speaking to O2 direct and not one of their 'Trusted' Partners. Was it a Cold call as O2 don't usually those.

Plenty of scams around at the moment
