In the world we currently exist one is quick to complain, as invariably one is met with poor service. However credit should be given where it is due. I recently upgraded within O2 from and Samsung S5 mini to a S9.
In the process of upgrading, I made a mess up of backing up Whatsapp history and thought I had lost it all. I attended the O2 Maidstone shop and met with O2 Guru Adam Oliver, who spent some considerable time and patience assisting me with sorting this out.
I left the store with a fully backed up phone and restored faith in the service that can be provided. Adam Oliver was clearly knowledgeable and willing to explain where I had gone wrong, in a way which enables me not to make the same mistakes again. Adam is a credit to 02.
I hope this feedback is passed back to Adam.
