Ny adult children took their own 02 contracts in early august and the agent at the time told them to get a pac code ( first mistake) several calls later we had to wait until sept. Theb my sons existing number was deleted not ported that took a montb to come back. Meanwhile my daughters phone is stuck in a porting error statas. Customer service can only send messages to some back office that apparantly have a known problem. My sons phone is now in the situation. So nearly on month three and about 25 calls all lasting hours to customer service and no action. Also I am still pay for the phones contracts not used and theirs which is now causing a lot of problems with no access. Any suggestions welcome as I am at the end of my tether with them
