Poor signal.

We live 0.7miles from the SRN in Leven, East Yorkshire. I have made numerous complaints about the poor data transfer. I receive texts from the O2 app informing me that the signal is poor and that engineers are working to correct the issue only to find that once fixed, the signal then reverts back to poor transfer speed.

I understand that Openreach maintains this mast, and EE customers are prioritised over other networks.

The mast is again having signal problems. Therefore, do I need to contact OFCOM to complain about the poor service?

OFCOM will be polite, Note your concerns and do nothing. Individual customer  complains are not in their remit.

If the problems near you are long term then you need to try PAYG SIM cards from other networks and change to the best one for you.

O2 usually share with Vodafone 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just to be clear, the SRN is designed to up the signal of all Mobile Networks, and they are not allowed to prioritise access to the infrastructure, and it may be the EE are building out the mast, but they have to allow access to the other 3 networks. 

The problem is they are all prioritising different parts of the country, o2 seem to be focused on Scotland, Vodafone the South and EE, Yorkshire and the North (this is very vague), so coverage is still not guaranteed to be above 90% in that location from the others where as EE in this example will be closer to 99%
