After waiting 7 weeks for my Xbox X series Oder to be processed I’ve decided to cancel my order and go through Curry’s instead. Which will be delivered within 24 hrs.
O2 customer service has been absolutely terrible! Why on earth would it take so long to process my order?! There’s no shortage of Xbox X Series!! No one has a clue what department does and a total lack of communication with O2 and myself to keep me updated.
O2 have lost my business!!
