Went to collect new iphone but told there was 45 minute wait as only one member of staff serving , other member of staff was a host and could not leave shop floor to get my phone.

Don't blame staff if that's the rules but as a service unacceptable . So I will not pick up the order and let it lapse.I can get a new phone somewhere else . So farewell a customer of 15 years.

That's not the sort of customer service you would expect to receive @TQ!
