Poor Customer Service

Why is O2 Customer Service so bad? Why do I have to wait over half an hour on the phone to try and talk to someone? Just tried to speak to someone only to be cut off when the lady answered. My SIM only contract runs out in December, I will be leaving if I do not get better customer service.

This is because of limited staff due to people been off sick etc, and Sundays are always run with less staff in all the call centres i have built.
I rang earlier was through to someone in 2 minutes and the email with Proof of Purchase in 1hr of the call, so not all calls are half an hour wait...
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
