There is also live chat, which can be accessed by clicking on the "Shop" link at the top of this page during working hours :-

However, I believe that they cannot take payments and might not even be able to help with payment queries.

You cant do payments via live chat you need to call the Payment Management team tomorrow morning on 0800 902 0217 and they can help. 

The only live chat that now appears on the shop pages is WhatsApp...
