Good evening,

Has any member any inkling if 02 have anything in the pipeline regarding offering a 2gb data package on pay as you go.

I have a 1gb data package and seem to be creeping more and more to its limit before the month is out.

Im aware of the bolt on which ive used before for a £10 for another 1gb but it would be nice to have a 2gb data option.

Here's hoping.

Hi.

I've looked at 3 and giffgaff regarding their Data packages.

3 gives fringe coverage where I reside and work.

My daughter uses Giffgaff and her Internet is glitchy. I believe this is down to the amount of naughty tethering. And I don't like the idea of no call centre to ring and having to top up online etc.

02 gives me strong network signal and solid 3G wherever I go.

It would just be nice to have a 2gb limit as I now find myself thinking before I say watch a video or film trailer how much will this chew my allowance instead of just enjoying the service !

O2 and GiffGaff are the same network.

This is true however I've been sat next to my daughter and accessed the same pages and video content resulting in slower connection by giff gaff and in some cases non connection.

That has to be a phone issue as your signal will be coming from the same mast....

That's what I thought MI5 at first but then it dawned on me.......

I'm using the iPhone 5 which is awesome in everyway.

My daughter is using an unlocked blackberry and so has played around with most of the networks and finds giff gaff to be the weakest.

Despite my feelings on the 5

I would expect it to be much quicker than a BB.....

The s3 has a dual use.

A phone and something to eat your food off if your minus a plate !
