PUK code!!

ok ive forgotten my password before and i looked online for my puk code and it worked. However, yesterday my little sister was trying to guess my PIN code and it locked on her - i was happy to let her try and guess because i was confident that i could find my PUK code on the O2 website. But i looked today and when i typed my phone number in it said that they didnt have a PUK code for this number! i did exactly what i did last time, my phone number hasnt changed - i even tried five more times and checked my number, but to no avail - and i dont knoww how i can gte my PUK code and unlock my phone!! Please help me, megan xx

Firstly. STOP GUESSING YOUR PIN. You will destroy your sim and it will need to be replaced, call cs tomorrow after 9 when they open and ask for your puk.

The message just means that the automated service doesn't have the PUK . If you call O2 they can let you have it.
