O2 taking money out of my bank account without permission

HI all O2 have for the last three months been taking money out of my bank account. This amount of £10.00 is not linked to any o2 account or phonbe number that I have.

Do I get any help NO

Do i get the  Service agents put the phone down on me YES

Do I get passed around the system YES

Do I get told they cant help YES  but they can thsy NO

Do they still take the money YES

Do managers phone me back NO

The end result is O2 can take money out of my account and they dont know why.

Can they put me through to sombody who can help NO

 

Does any body have any idears

Forget trying to sort it via 02. Contact your bank and report the fraud. You will get the money back while they investigate. These rules are set by the fca and unless the bank had grounds to suspect your lying, you should get a fairly quick refund.

I agree. Report it to the bank as fraud and they will deal with it and liase with o2. You won't suffer any loss but wait for O2 and it could be months down the line before they refund you. The onus is on your bank to investigate and they surely will.
