on monday the 17th november both me and my wife topped up £40 on our respective phones which means we should recieve £4.00 each on our O2 rewards account and it has not gone on.

i had £7 on my o2 rewards on sunday the 16th november and adding the £4 from my top up on monday should have given me a total of £11 but im still at £7.

i do not know how to get a hold of o2 rewards.

any ideas

As customers we can answer account questions here

Have you rung 4445.

Alternatively try contacting via Social Media

https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Rewards are usually only visible after overnight account reconciliation - check tomorrow.

Having enquired of one of the PAYG holders in this house, it seems Rewards are added on only every 3rd month, so, for a £10 top-up on or before the due date in each of Nov, Dec and Jan,  £3 is added to the respective Rewards account sometime between the Jan top-up and the next one in Feb, @typhonuk

The Reward is preceded by an SMS offering you the opportunity to save or claim the Reward - this person lets it sit until the amount reaches £10, and claims, which means a "free" £10 top-up that month.

If that helps... 🙃
