O2 poor service

Can't believe for the second time this year o2 has let us down again with what I can only call is an appalling service provider. I left t-mobile 4 months ago for 02 biggest mistake of my life. When my contracts up I will def be going back to t-mobile there service is second to non just I little more expensive but well worth the extra. The managers keep saying they sorted the problem at 3-30pm this aft funny that coz its 11.30pm and YESS still no signal.

This is just the icing on the cake dear. O2s service is very poor. Internet on my iPhone is very slow my signal on the phone has always been poor & nearly 2 in 5 calls i make are lost due to poor signal strength. It's fight what they say "you get what you pay for" T-mobile NEVER failed me over the eight years I was with then O2 is a joke.

Mr hove your language on this site is intolerable despite it consisting of asterisk.

Can we calm down and have a conversation? Perksie is quite correct. Things break is not unusual

So, this issue was meant to have been fixed at 15:30, why then is my phone still a glorified brick?

You guys need to provide a proper explanation for why this is taking so long to resolve if the problem was fixed 9 hrs ago. Given this is the 2nd time customers have been put out, I'm expecting a lot better compensation than was previously provided - I don't want vouchers to buy yet more O2 stuff, I expect a refund on my bill.

The issue was "fixed" but the backlog is still clearing. I won't lie I'm not exactly sure what that entails. But I believe it should be working by tomorrow. Well I hope or I won't too be impressed either

I notice your rude and arrogant attitude hasn't changed!

Think what you like.Smiley Indifferent

I've had more disagreements with O2 than you ever will, but then you haven't been around long enough to know have you?

Perksie is correct in the sence liquid that he's probably only ever been with O2 and is use to their never ending failures whereas ppl like myself have experience ed a better quality service with other providers so is used to higher standards. O2 is a JOKE. and this is only the beginning to their endless problems which will happen again because they just don't have the funds to back em up.
