I am yet again without a network. Broke down in my car today. I have my phone for such emergancies, but no network and it is still not working at 9.30pm. Had to walk 3 miles to get help. Quite unacceptable. Pretty fed up of this now. 10% off my bill does not help when when Im stuck at the side of a country road. Too Bad O2, time to get it sorted, once and for all.

Same here. I am so fed up with O2. Second time this has happened in a very short space of time. And if they think they can make it up to us by giving us 10% off our next phone bill then they've got another thing coming!

I don't know about "Priority Moments", but I'd settle for being able to send a solidarity text message to customer services to insist they pull their ' bleeding fingers out'.
I joined three days ago (from Orange) and I thought they were bad, but then again.........
