That's 9 weeks today I pre-ordered my iPhone 16 Pro Max and I still haven't received it
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
The store just pass the buck to customer service and customer service don't seem to have a clue
It went from 1 week, to 4 weeks, to phone again next week, to 5 working days, to tomorrow, to I can assure you tomorrow and now we're back to 5 working days as there is an issue with the order that needs resolved first
The 2nd closest shop to me had one available to click and collect right away and the shop I'm meant to be collecting from have actually had the phone in stock but have sold them to walk ins - WTF is the point in even pre-ordering if you're the last one to get it ??
Would be good to know that I'm not the only customer experiencing this shambolic service

I got mine on the day of release sorry to say on o2..
And to be fair 9 weeks I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere..
That is one for the store, and they will have actually sold them to people who had pre-ordered in store, and paid the deposit..

But be aware you maybe waiting 8 weeks for a response
