@abbyk i hope they do tbh, so that 3 and vodafone that both give compensation back, lets hope 02 listens to them as well

3 DO NOT give compensation! They messed up big time on two occasions when I was with them, 1 time I sent my phone to be repaired to them, they couldnt fix it so sent me a reconditioned phone that was registered as stolen so it couldn't be used (this was sent back and forth between me and them and they never realised the issue) then accused me of stealing it! I was phoneless for 3 weeks due to this and I got an appoplogy, that was it!

@Laylaaa ohhh dear sounds like a right load of hassle, forget about 3 then haha, i know vodafone are brilliant though because all 5 of us in our household have been with vodafone for nearly 10years between us, only made a very few mistakes which is going to happen with every network, but with 02 i have had about 3 problems within 8 months tbh, one is this, second one is charging me £30 extra for no reason at all apparently once i phoned them and third is signal where i live

I always found Vodafone to be pretty decent to be fair, I probably would've gone back to them after the fiasco with 3 but o2 is the only network that gets any signal where I live

@Shaney to call Canada, you can use things like mobilevoip (can even after this problem fix) for 10 euros every 3 months can call canada for free 🙂 but like been said before no one can guarantee 100%,

about three they not very good compensation but on wide scale things they do let ppl cancel (when they started to turn roaming on 2g off where "supposely" 3g signal is strong enough). on indivual cases is something else, which applies to everywhere.
