hold on one minute, people are saying that we shouldn't be compensated because im not paying anything atm because the service is down, but i bet at the end of the month 02 still decide to charge me £X amount on my next bill. 02 should atleast take an £X amount of that bill to compensate me because i can not use my phone. and my bill isnt cheap as well

@Shaney I am sure they will offer some type of compensation as other networks and stuff have done in the past and O2 have done when a mast has gone down. Just give them time to sort out this problem first which I am sure you will agree, is more important to sort out than worry about compensation.

@iceburnmarko well after all these problems 02 have created, if no compensation is paid, then im leaving 02, because i know from experience that vodafone pay there customers back for problems they have created, and if you know any other way i can make phone calls please let me know and let other thousands of people know, would be very appreciated

Nothing is gained by switching. Apart from yourself feeling that you've accomplished something.

Then the next network will go down... and you'll move on again..

@iceburnmarko shouldnt have to mess about like that tbh, and the call is to canada, as part of my package on phone i had international calls, cant use chat sites because person i want to talk to is at work, and if i use pay phone then that is gonna cost me a fortune, shouldnt have to be in this situation just because 02 have created a fault with there service, as a leading service supplier they should be looking after there customers and reassuring them, not causing problems for them
