Now why can't o2 do something similar for their customers? They are just way behind in so many ways.

O2 does offer early access to C4 programs, reduced price meal or coffee deals and access to certain music-related perks... You're right, so called Priority Moments and the like ignore the real delighters, like an extra chunk of call time or data for "free" now and then...

I've dealt with EE customer service on half a dozen occasions and have always been dealt with courteously and always had the problem resolved straight away. Except after the porting, which took one day, when everything was ok apart from being able to receive calls.
Apparently so they said, it was to do do with an incomplete port, down to O2 and I believed them but they sorted it out the following day and two people promised to call me around lunchtime to make sure all was OK..... they actually called so I won't have anything said about their customer care. Speak as you find....

Priority is a waste of time. I only use it to enter the competitions on the remotest chance I'll actually win something one day!
