Hey all, I recently had an update for the o2 app, but now the app has frozen on the first page, I can't do anything on it, can't swipe, no buttons to press, I've cleared the cache, I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it but nothing works, it if a shambles to be honest any advice out there or anyone else having this issue, im on a galaxy fold 7.

Did you reboot in between the delete and install?

I uninstalled then reinstalled it then I rebooted the phone.

Mine has been the same since the update last week
Tried all the usual but it's fubar now
Worked perfectly fine before some fool decided to modernise it....

Not had any problems with the My o2 app so after but did have problems logging back in the the o2 Community forums earlier as the email link the sent me with code to long in never arrived and only arrived after I had to press resend link.

Have a look at the adaptive refresh rate, also it does seem the October security has caused a few issues with apps and devices.
It might also be worth reaching out to Samsung Support.
