O2 account hacked

Anonymous
Not applicable
My account was hacked yesterday and someone changed all my details then ordered a new iPhone 5. I must say O2 have not been much help just saying it will be ok but if the security is that poor I'm not sure I want to stay with them.

Don't just trust O2 saying that it will be okay. Inform your bank and keep an eye on your account to make sure nothing is taken from it. Make sure your details are correct with O2, and change your password. Try to use a more secure password, if you can. You can use a Password Generator. There are many which you can easily find on Google to help you.
