fraud department

I have just been called my customer services to say there has been a fraud on my order of new phones they cant say what or why or whether someone has now got my bank details etc

I cant find the number for the fraud department!!!!! please can anyone help me?????????

Go back through to customer services and ask to be transferred to the relevant department, if possible they may need to raise a case for someone to look into this and you will be called back. 08448090202 or 202 from a contract phone.
