O2 Website - MY O2 Page Down

For attention of Admins/IT Support:

O2 website - my O2 page down - The connection was reset error - or - This page is unavailable.

Mine is also down via PC but working on the app.

I wouldn't be too concerned, this time of night is when many O2 systems go down for maintenance.

Try again later is my advice.

But it has been down since early afternoon though, just posted for the attention of an O2 admin.

Just checked - two minutes ago, this morning [Thurs] - using link top right on Community.

Comes up with - error. site cannot be reached.

Using laptop and Chrome. 

Any news/info @Martin-O2  @TheresaV  @LukasB ?

Very strange @Cleoriff 

Just checked again and still not working.

My concern is not for myself but for other users who might not be able to check their data and run out and also those customers who are advised to go to My02 to check info but find they can`t access it.

All change.

Although mine was working ok this morning, it was just after I signed into forum so didn't need to sign in to My O2. Now I can't get on at all. The sign in box remains greyed out after I enter my login details.

Ok on phone though.

@Cleoriff It's not a sign in problem, I can sign in to www.o2.co.uk and community forums but the - My O2 page will not display (For me anyway) on my PC, laptop and phone (Browser)

That`s the same problem I`m having @Anonymous and @Cleoriff 

Can sign in to Community but My02 page won`t display on laptop. I havent got smartphone so don`t know if it applies to that.
