Phone mast down for several days AB55 4 Scottish Highlands

Hello, I can see on the O2 status page that the phone mast in my area has been down for several days, is there any way of getting an update as to what the actual issue is or when it may come back since the status simply says engineering is aware but no extra details have been shown.

completely dependent on 02 for both voice and home Internet.
