Hi is it me being daft or are o2 robbing us busniess owners?.....Had a look on o2 website for a new phone as mine is old ....seen Samsung S10 for £30 upfront and £48.04 for 28 months with 20GB data =£1375.12...
Ok...this was on the Personal site of O2 and yet on the busniess side of the site it`s
£51 per month on 24 month =£1224 +vat - £1468.80 BUT with only 12GB of data...
I asked if they can match the price and was told no if i don`t like it leave and take my 3 lines with me..
On vodaphone same phone its 24 month deal 20GB £1253 or £29 upfront and £51 p/m.
Been with O2 for a few years now for work but may move the lot over

As customers we obviously cannot comment on o2's pricing strategy but it does sound unfair from what you say.

Obviously O2 think that as the VAT can be claimed back by business users it's ok to inflate prices. Just doesn't seem right does it?

We are Vat registered...like you said not the point...They need to be loyal to the customers they have already got...infact they sound just like ..one to one before they moved to EE....Ok we only have three lines with them as it used to 7 but the kids and 2 staff now pay thier own thank God..Only have a month or two on the last 2 lines so will make the move to Voda i think..Just on the 3 lines would save me £35 per month and gain extra 8gb data on each line..

It's what I would be doing to be honest. Vote with your feet!
