O2 Customer service useless!

I've been trying to ring o2 customer service for the last few days between the hours of 8am and 9pm and cannot get through.  I only want to find out how much it will cost to buy out my contract on o2 refresh and it's a few months' til my upgrade.  I went online to use the chat option but that was no use either.  I phoned at 8am on the dot hoping I would get through and surprise surprise was told to ring back later!  So I tried to go through to the cancellations line and got the same message.  Think people are going to get very annoyed and leave if this is not sorted!!

They are so busy at the moment it's unreal.

I'm wondering if the site o2 staff can help you.

You could always try phoning your nearest store or popping in to check.

Ye tried 7 times today at varying times and just cant get thru to upgrade, keep saying sent details to phone byt i lost my ohone which i reported and then they sent me normal and micro sims for an iohone 5 aaaarghhh!!!!

Thanks for your help been trying on and off all day no luck as yet very frustrating! Will try an o2 shop at the weekend hoping I can upgrade on refresh on there someone told me over phone only??!
