I've been trying to ring o2 customer service for the last few days between the hours of 8am and 9pm and cannot get through. I only want to find out how much it will cost to buy out my contract on o2 refresh and it's a few months' til my upgrade. I went online to use the chat option but that was no use either. I phoned at 8am on the dot hoping I would get through and surprise surprise was told to ring back later! So I tried to go through to the cancellations line and got the same message. Think people are going to get very annoyed and leave if this is not sorted!!
