It would probably be sensible if you made sure the emails via Khoros-Mail.com were properly signed by you.

Looks rather unprofessional otherwise.

We reported it months ago.

Nothing has changed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Anything from here goes to my Spam folder. Thought it was Gmail at one time but happen on other mail servers.

Been like that for ages

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It makes no difference as all they are doing is not DKIM signing emails that they spoof from the forum software..

For some reason Microsoft and Google have decided if you send over 5000 email a day you need to have DKIM, DMARC and SPF, records, and a lot of email services have told them to go swivel..

And to be honest crap like that is so far down the list of priorities for anyone who manages email as this is just a side hustle of o2...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
