I still think that even at 98% there will be hundreds of villages and small towns without decent coverage, I hope I'm wrong.

As the 98% is indoor obligation I hope it will be better than the 3g 90% outdoor

Great....I can't even get a 2g signal or whatever they call it, i.e I can't even make calls, within 2 square miles of my house and I lives 2 miles from a large city...
