I have been receiving a lot of calls from 08080600702 - I never answer calls from unknown callers. I checked on the web and found this forum http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/08080600702/2

Is anyone else having the same problem? Is it a scam?

I've been with O2 for about 8 years and have never been with Vodafone. Thanks for the advice though.

I did receive strange calls to my cell phone the other day asking me whether I would like to consider changing networks. Ha! I could not change anything right now as I am tired to O2 until next year!

Personally, when I receive a call from an unknown number I will google it and if it shows up on sites such as the OP has mentioned I will answer it, put the phone to one side and continue with what I was doing.

They soon stop calling.

Have you upgraded at all through a retailer? Carphone Warehouse or anything?
