I did ask about the above; not rec my text msg's , in the end I phoned our nearest O2 shop; the guy was really helpful ; I did a reset on my phone resetting has solved the problem but messages are still slow to come in on some occasions (maybe the weather !!) the O2 store guy said if I still had problems I should call in and he may try changing the Sim; so I will do this if the problem continues; Thank you gmarkj for your help.
I urgently need to get this issue fixed, no text messages incoming apart from the one from O2 which is odd. İ will have to change to another company if this is not resolved soon, very frustrating when you cannot speak to anyone at 02.
