Hello all,
I have an O2 sim card. I can send and receive SMS, but am not receiving OTP codes.
Tried resetting all settings and following the guides, but its not working.
how do I escalate this to an O2 specialist please?

You say that you have followed the guides. Have you seen Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) ?
Any help in there ?

Have you recently ported the number in from another network? It has been known on a number of occasions that the files for OTP have not been ported across.

I posted a few months ago but only recently starting using otp. Will speak to o2, but not optimistic as technical support has not been great in the past.
