Hello all, I have an O2 sim card. I can send and receive SMS, but am not
receiving OTP codes. Tried resetting all settings and following the
guides, but its not working. how do I escalate this to an O2 specialist
please? Thanks
I posted a few months ago but only recently starting using otp. Will
speak to o2, but not optimistic as technical support has not been great
in the past.
