Over a month ago you sent me two devices I never asked for. One I managed to send back fairly promptly. The other you eventually sent me return instructions AND IT HAD BEEN RETURNED TO YOU IN ITS ORIGINAL UNOPENED BOX. My account now has a message

You have no real people to contact so as soon as this is sorted I will never be your customer again.

I know, I just wanted to rant.  I've already spent over 5 hours on the phone to Customer Services - charming people but I suspect they too must have got disillusioned if they've ever had the time to follow up any of the things they've hoped would happen.  Seems like O2 is so automated that its systems are stuck rigid.

Their call centre is also staffed by Indians who don't understand most UK regional dialects, especially Yorkshire accents for some reason?
