No idea if my free Christmas bundle is coming or not

I entered all the stuff on the page on the leaflet. (thinking, pessimisticallythat it wouldn't work, because when do free offers from any company EVER work?) Didn't have a problem with my IMEI or anything, but I did get a 404.
I checked my email and I have an email from O2 saying they're sending my stuff. Well okay...
It's been over a week and it's still not here... it's not coming, is it?
How long shall I wait before contacting them?
